"Great hotel, especially if you are traveling in and out of King's Cross Station."

"I think that everything about the property was good! My AC was broken but the staff immediately provided a fan to not be too warm. The area around was a bit unclean (but that obviously is out of the control of the Kip Hotel)"

"Really clean and comfortable. The room was small as you’d expect. No air conditioning means it could get warm but window was open and no real noise from outside. Considering it’s so close to Kings Cross this is a bonus. Great location, perfect for a short stay "

"It’s London centre so don’t expect too much but certainly had some idiosyncratic things about it. They gave you two keys one was supposed to open the front door at night but during the day another door was closed but you didn’t have the key for that one so had to buzz in. shared bathroom and showers up and down stairs. but i wasn’t in london for the accommodation ! "

"Really pleased with visit. Friendly staff, our room was located at Hotel Thannet next to the the annex. Our room was fine for what we paid. Had tea and coffee, TV, shower gel. The bed was comfy. The hotel is deffo in need of investment - so if you want nice finishes and matching furniture it may not be for you. I’d happily stay again for the price and location. "
