Now to things that was not up to your hotel chain standards. The carpet throughout needed to be replaced or deep cleaned. The headboard in our suite was peeling and couch cushions was stained. The elevator broke so we had to sit in the lobby for a while because my mother is unable to walk up steps while waiting for it to be repaired. "
