"THE SERVICE PROVIDED WHEN WE ARRIVED BY THE FRONT DESK AGENT SHARON WAS EXCELLENT. SHARON WAS ALSO OUR WAITRESS THE NEXT MORNING FOR BREAKFAST (she was covering for a short staff situation) . THIS BREAKFAST INCLUDED GUEST NOT STAYING AT THE HOTEL. WE GATHERED AT THE RESTAURANT AND HAD A SPECIAL VISIT AND DELICIOUS MEAL BEFORE LEAVING FOR A FAMILY FUNERAL. THE HOTEL WAS GREAT BUT YOUR EMPLOYEE SHARON WITH HER OUTSTANDING SERVICE AND POLITENESS MADE A SAD SITUATION MORE BEARABLE. DR. STOKES 713-677-3166"
