"- Bedbugs infestation - do not go to this hotel. - I was at the hotel for 3 nights and changed rooms 3 times. I captured the bugs in a bag and showed receptionists and management, the bugs, and my bites all over my body. They disregarded my complaint and refused me a refund. The manager refused to speak to me and would only communicate through reception staff. The hotel is dirty and had to throw clothes and suitcase away because it was ridden with bugs. "The room was cozy and clean. I enjoyed the cookies, tea and chocolate the hotel provided in the room. The hotel staff was particularly helpful in storing my luggage while I walked around the city both before check in and after I checked out. The location was fantastic!"
