"-If you’re disabled, this isn’t the place for you…there is no elevator. The staff isn’t accommodating and won’t put you on the first floor. -If you like to shower, this not the place for you…multiple different guests, were coming to the front desk, complaining of not having any hot water to shower with; I couldn’t believe, the person at the front desk told the guests, that there was nothing she could do, she was going to call her manager. "Wonderful stay, staff was excellent!"

"It's just across the street from ROC, took literally 2 minutes to walk to it. Front desk was very helpful & they have breakfast in the morning. 4-6 is a cold breakfast & & at 6 they have hot food as well. Beds were comfy, it wasn't super busy but it was quiet."

"Good stay"

"Thanks!"

"No vending machines just a few things in the lobby. Not a thing in the fridge, not even water. Really basic room; stains on the couch and a bed that is just a sinkhole in the middle."

"Came for a quick stay and honestly the only issue I had that the shower was not cleaned and when I had ask if they could come clean the shower and replace the shower curtain, no one came. Other than that mishap, the staff was super pleasant and offered me free breakfast for the shower inconvenience. Also they have a free shuttle from the airport to the hotel so that was convenient for me."
