"This place is possibly the best we have stayed in. The customer service was second to none, every single member of staff, and there seemed to be quite a few, was extremely obliging and friendly. The court yard room was immaculate and had everything you needed. The Breakfast was the best we have had. We ate in the restaurant three nights and the food was great as was the choice on the menu. Bar had plenty of choices of drinks. Good area to explore with plenty of places nearby. We would recommend this place and will definitely be returning, whoever recruits the staff knows what they are doing and there were all an asset to the business. Thanks again for a great stay."

"I loved the balcony in our room. I have difficulty with walking, and a lift would have been a nice touch. However, the difficulties were overcome, and the staff were extremely good at helping and taking heavy luggage to our rooms. Many thanks. The best policy was to talk to the staff, who were delighted to help in many ways, and they were very good. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and we will use this hotel again.
