"We booked here when we saw they had air-conditioning and it didn’t seem to be working effectively so they sent maintenance up and the filter was absolutely loaded with debris and had not been changed in a very long time. Eventually, it was working better, but still not optimal.
Queen bed was comfortable, but the pullout sleeper sofa was absolutely terrible and our daughters ended sleeping up on the floor. Literally had a foam pad that was only about an inch thick over the metal bars and I don’t see how anyone could sleep on that so don’t expect to have anyone sleep on the sofa bed or bring an air mattress if you’re traveling with children.
Overall, we were satisfied with our stay but we would not recommend this for families and do not plan on returning."
