"Didn't like the fact i paid 100 us over 4 days for parking. The hotel should comp it. The lot is attached to the hotel but isnt affiliated with Marriott. 24 USD for a 2 hour parking is ridiculous and overpriced. Otherwise, the Marriott Downtown Richmond was awesome. Super friendly staff and Lucia is a great cleaning lady, super nice and a great worker."

"Only think I don’t like was had to park in Parking Garage and pay extra for parking. They offer valet but would have had to pay a whole lot more to park. I feel for price paid that The Berkeley Hotel should give a voucher to customers to pay for parking garage fees "

"My husband and I stayed for the weekend and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. It was like a home away from home, since it had a kitchen, dining rm, living rm, bedroom, and a huge bathroom. We had a large balcony that was shaded and private. We enjoyed hanging out at the pool both days. Check in was easy and the staff was polite and helpful. Very Family friendly and a safe place to stay."
