"I am a physician, and I travel frequently for work in NS. I was working the weekend in Amherst and decided to book my stay at the Comfort Inn. I arrived at the hotel around 2 pm with my bags, etc and went to the front desk to check in. The woman at the front desk, Rhonda, looked at me and said, "Check-in is at 3 pm," and then proceeded to ignore me completely. I was so put off by her that I looked for another property to stay. Unfortunately, I would be charged for the first night if I did not...

"My stay at the Hilton was great every thing was clean, staff was very welcoming, parking was easy. The restaurant at the hotel the Monk10 me and my friend had the feta whipped dip as a appetizers, and for main meal i had the mushroom raviolie and my friend had the chicken burger with fries. The food was very good and warm. I would recommend staying there if you have a event downtown"
