"Hotel is exceptionally clean with great views. It has direct access to the metro. There’s a large pharmacy and 7 Eleven just outside. And is right in the midddle of two large shopping centres - Diver City and Aqua City. The airport bus from Haneda drops you off at the hotel as well. I didn’t use room service or dine in the hotel, it was expensive, but with so many options nearby it didn’t matter. The room amenities were great and the bed was huge and comfortable. Great option if you don’t mind...

"Not bad. Good room size and view. Now that I’m at another 5 star hotel in Tokyo I can see the value of The Grand Prince Hotels."

"Hotel wise, we got upgraded and had an amazing view. Room was very clean, soaking in the tub with provided bath salts each night was very needed after days of 16k steps and the bed was ginormous and comfortable. Location wise, we loved the convenience to the station and restaurants. Staff was very nice!"

"房间干净 服务态度很好 早餐也很不错 非常喜欢一楼大厅工一面墙的绘画 以及庭院 可以称为我最喜欢的酒店之一 ❤️"

"This hotel was fantastic. The rooms are spacious and well appointed. All of the staff we encountered were very helpful and courteous. The best thing about the hotel was the location. The metro stop is right there and so many bars and restaurants and shopping within the hotel area. It’s also a very walkable area to the Shibuya crossing."

"Warm welcoming staff, central location to get in and out of the high tourist areas and amazing layout in the room! Absolutely fabulous stay!"

"I've stayed in a lot of Fairmont hotels and this was the best experience I've ever had. The hotel was clean and modern with great views from the rooms and 35th floor. What made it even better was the service was impeccable. Staff was very friendly and happy to help. Amazing experience!!"

"Sin duda me volvería a quedar en este hotel, la limpieza es impecable, es un hotel sustentable, la cama y almohadas son comodísimas. Tienen el detalle de filtro de agua en tu habitación, y la vista es increíble ya que el hotel está a partir del piso 38 de un edificio nuevo. Tienes a 5 mn caminando una estación, tienda de conveniencia, cafeterías y restaurantes dentro del mismo edificio."

"The staff at the hotel is super awesome and helpful. I stay here from time to time when traveling to Tokyo for work. Good location."

"Amazing stay"

"good location, the lounge is very good (provide small bites, drinks including free beer and 2 sake per day!), room is a bit small but acceptable considering the location"
