"The hotel is very well located, and the rooms are also very nice. However, the breakfast service could be improved, as it gets very crowded at certain times. What I didn’t like was that the rooms are not cleaned daily unless you request it. We did request housekeeping, but they only made the beds and did not properly clean the room—for example, the sink and bathroom area were left untouched."

"Brand new hotel near Shin Osaka station. A little bit of a walk thank goodness it wasn't raining. Lawson's 2 minutes away. Didn't interact with the staff except during check in. Nice new and clean. Public bath was nice and large and dressing room had great air-conditioning which helps cool you down after a bath. Only stayed for one night but would return if ever in Osaka. Entertainment areas easily reached on Subway."

"The view was spectacular from our room, we enjoyed our stay quite well. They staff were very friendly and helpful and catered to all of our daily needs. The location of the hotel is also very convenient for close by transportation and restaurants and we will definitely be staying there again."

"Amazing hotel!!! We stayed four nights and it was the best hotel of our trip to Japan! The location and all the amenities were fantastic : the incredible breakfast, the happy hour with free wine, drinks and food. It really feels like a luxurious hotel. The only con is the size of the room but it shouldn't stop you from choosing this hotel. The bed is very comfortable and the room is very beautiful. I would go back without thinking."
