"The hut was clean and well equipped for self catering. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. I stayed with my two dogs and we walked The Byes down to Sidmouth and also visited Branscombe while I was there. The track down to the farm is down a steep gravel track but once there, it is in a lovely location with a distant view of the sea, and calm and peaceful."

"Lovely spacious family room with fantastic cooked breakfast choices served in the bedroom. Great shower power. Comfortable bed. Kind and welcoming owner. Some road noise but that wasn't a problem for us and to be expected right next to the A30 which was perfect for visiting the beautiful Devon countryside and coastline right on the doorstep. Very happy with our stay. "

"A lovely place to stay, with beautiful views and so quiet. However, be aware it is very rural, the roads are single track and you need to drive very slowly. Not a problem as we weren't in any hurry and enjoyed the countryside, but glad we didn't meet a tractor. Also if you need a taxis as we did, not many like to go there. The accommodation was comfortable and so peaceful, we barely noticed the cockerell in the mornings. It had everything we needed, and the owners live next door should you need anything. A lovely stay with friends."

"This is such a lovely cottage set on a small farm in beautiful Stockland. The owners are very welcoming and allowed the children to feed the animals which they loved. The cottage has everything you would need and is perfect for a family of 5. It's a very central location with easy access to Lyme Regis and Sidmouth. Would recommend to all. "
