"I loved my stay here. My host and landlord, Gary, was very friendly and accommodating. The room was very comfortable with a fantastic power shower and comfy bed for the night. The dining was wonderful and of an extremely high standard both with the quality of the food and the speed of service which was fantastically prompt. The ambience created within the village pub meant you felt relaxed both with the locals and other guests staying there to the extent that I stayed on after my meal to participate in the quiz they hosted and took a very creditable third despite it being just myself taking part. I would very much be looking out to stay here again when I am next in the area."

"The property was amazing and huge! Had everything we could possibly want. The swimming pool and hot tub was a great addition as well as the ping pong table/football field/basketball hoop! Hosts were friendly and answered any queries we had very quickly! Had such a great time that we're already looking to book again next year! A definite 10/10!"

"The property was gorgeous! The room was large and the bathroom updated. Staff were really helpful and the food was very good. It IS very remote so if you are going as a destination to really use the amenities-golf course, pool, spa, etc., it was great. We had hoped to use it as a base to travel out from but the roads were so narrow and rather treacherous getting in, we didn’t feel like driving back and forth to other locations in Devon and Cornwall, which was too bad. "
