"Not my first stay and I always recommend this hotel to people. Excellent service and friendly staff, from reception to housekeeping. Good size room with all amenities. Great location. Easy to find taxi, restaurants and convenience stores. On my arrival day, I went to the hotel in the morning, wanting to drop off luggage only as I know check-in time isn’t till afternoon. To my surprise, a room is available and the staff kindly arranged check-in for me at 9:30am! I am really pleased with the special arrangement and flexibility!"

The room was kept clean and tidy daily, with basic amenities that were functioning well. It’s not luxurious, but it’s practical. The breakfast spread was limited, repetitive, and lacking in flavor. Overall, this hotel offers good value for those looking for a clean, no-frills place to stay with easy access to public transport. "

"Such a fabulous hotel. Beautifully designed and in a great location for for Wan Chai Ferry and walks along the harbour. Plenty of excellent local restaurants in the vicinity too. Breakfast in all honesty were fairly good value and the quality of all the food on offer was exceptional. The staff just couldn’t help enough all along with being polite and courteous constantly. Cannot wait to return here and will be my default d stay now in Hong Kong."
