"The family room was very spacious which makes opening and closing suitcase easy without worrying will trip over. There is filter water machine in the lobby so this save us from boiling water and cooling it down everyday. There is staff helping with carrying suitcase in and out of buildings and opening the door. The cleaner was also very friendly and nice. Accomodate our needs whenever we asked."

"The staff at the Regent are friendly without being performative. The hotel was very clean, in an excellent location, close to two subway lines and the pier for the Hong Kong skyline and the pool had great views of the harbour. The room was clean and a good size for Hong Kong standards. They provided something thoughtful for the nightly turndown, whether a moisturizer or a spray to help with the jet lag. We had the breakfast buffet and there was a wide selection of Asian and Western options to choose from. Will definitely come back in the future."

"I liked how housekeeping was on point everyday, the staff tried to help us out with our requests about details. What i didnt like was the tv and how i was unable to stream from my phone/device to the tv as the channels provided were bad as half of them were just news channels.
