The room was clean and housekeeping came daily to make the bed, change the towels and clean the room. Really nice balcony and ocean view. The staff was friendly and helpful. We used the coffee maker in the room to make cup of noodles that we purchased at the sundry store for some meals

PACIFIC 19 Kona
Staff very friendly. Room clean on check in and location convenient. They only do room cleaning every 3 days. We were actually there 4 because we added an extra day and never was cleaned. You can request if you want more frequently so it was our own fault. Rooms pretty basic, no chair. Great value ...

Castle Hali'i Kai at Waikoloa
We enjoyed staying in unit 4G. The condo had 3 bedrooms. One had a king-sized bed. The second room had a queen bed, and the third bedroom on the 1st floor had two twin beds. Each had its own bathroom. There was also a laundry room in the condo. The kitchen was well equipped with a drip coffee maker, ...
