Amazing boutique hotel with an incredible staff. From the moment I walked in everyone of the staff made me feel as though I was the most important person there. The room was fantastic and wandering the halls to see the grand library, with books that are 100s of year old, and the first floor dining room which looked like it was set up for an event were beautiful rooms that I was not expecting to see in such s hotel. A wonderful stay at The Rosewood. The only disappointment was we were not able to use the bar because it was closed for a private event for most of our stay.

My 75 year old mom , 17 and 13 year old daughters were in Europe for their first time. This was a great hotel for us. Very spacious for a group of 4. All the modern conveniences. The location was near 2 metro stops. It was an easy walk with luggage to the Elizabeth line stop to get to Heathrow. Also we left an item behind. i was able to contact the hotel and received a quick response to coordinator shipping the item to us in the United States. (Thank you Svetlana).

The Citadines was an excellent choice for our week in London. The facilities were convenient and close enough to transit and to major museums and attractions so that we could get around easily. The staff was helpful when we had questions and gave us directions to places we wanted to go. We enjoyed being able to have breakfast in our room and to pick up snacks at the grocery across the street. I would highly recommend Citadines for anyone looking for reasonably-priced accommodations in London.

Our stay here was absolutely perfect. Conveniently located near everything that we wanted to do on this trip, the Montague provided all the comfort and cleanliness that we desired. Lovely hotel right near the Christmas market and all the fun things to do. Cute rooms with kettle, and tea options, robes, slippers etc. huge bathroom. All very clean and comfortable. Staff were always friendly.

Staying at Corinthia London was amazing. The space itself was designed for luxury and comfort. The staff was extremely attentive and kind. It all made for an enjoyable stay. Would love to stay again and highly recommend!

Great experience from start to finish. EXCELLENT customer service!!!

This is a quaint hotel. The bathrooms are brand new, but the rest of the hotel has an English feel that welcomes you. The elevators are very small, but we never had any problems using them. There is a wonderful bar and an excellent restaurant. The staff could not be nicer. We had a dedicated doorman who helped me in and out of taxis. We loved every minute of our stay and would highly recommend it.
