"Hotel is wonderfully located with easy access to trams and metro to the city and airport. There is a slight walk for tram and metro stops but even with for a baby and two large suitcases it wasn't too bad. Hotel staff are very friendly and we're very accommodating with our late arrival and we were able to leave our luggage at reception on check out as we had a late departure. Room was clean and travel cot provided was sufficient for our needs. "

Fantastic apartment - clean and updated, staff were helpful and friendly!! Only drawback is Parking but that’s citywide. There is no parking garage connected with the apartment so plan wisely. "

"The apartment was both modern and spacious, with a cooker and fridge. The shower room was huge, and the bed too. The apartment is just a short walk from Vienna Hetzendorf train station. The only thing missing from the apartment really was a kettle for us Brits to make a cuppa. There was a coffee maker. 😁"

"Clean, comfortable, small kitchen. Modern and neat. Nice location next to central railway station. You check yourself in and out and most of the time there's no-one on the front desk so I don't know what happens if you lock yourself out of your room or there's a security issue or a problem with the room etc. There wasn't for me and perhaps there are protocols in place for everything but I was a bit more mindful than usual. It was fine though, perhaps I just worry too much. Nice place, all...
