"Great front desk staff. Very friendly. Very clean and up to date. However, we had an unstable shower head which we reported but couldn't get service until after noon the next day. Also, we had loss of wifi the second day of a 2 day stay, so that was not pleasant. There are not that many amenities onsite, e.g. to buy drinks etc. We had to go to a second sister property a couple of minutes away to get some bottled water, soda, and wine. "Clean, comfortable, small kitchen. Modern and neat. Nice location next to central railway station. You check yourself in and out and most of the time there's no-one on the front desk so I don't know what happens if you lock yourself out of your room or there's a security issue or a problem with the room etc. There wasn't for me and perhaps there are protocols in place for everything but I was a bit more mindful than usual.
