The room is modern, complementary breakfast (coffee, pastries and fruits) was good, and a prime location walking distance to main Avenue and restaurants. "What a nice old hotel. Right on the River. Near the Durango Train Station. Walkable to all the downtown local shops and brewpubs. Gym is nice, and pool was excellent. I would highly suggest staying here. "
