"Leland House is a lovely place to stay right in the heart of Durango. Our hosts communicated early and often the day of our arrival. Check im and check out was seamless. There is easy parking right around the back. They are

too. Our room was comfortable and clean. There was cool water in the fridge waiting for us. Every need was considered includung dishes and bathroom amenities. This is also very walkable to all parts of Durango. Wonderful overall experience! "

"So this is an average review. You will probably like this property if you rent it in the winter and have a pet. If you don't meet both of those, you may not enjoy the rental. They have an A/C issue that requires the AC to not go below 68 (they have a sign) because it locks up. There is one unit for both floors so this means the bedroom is usually 8 degrees hotter. To get the house cool you have to close all blinds and run the unit all day to get the downstairs cool. They know they have a problem...
