"Beautiful location, stayed two nights in a room with river view. Great property to walk our dog along river and grassy areas to play on. Older property but nicely kept. Friendly staff. Walking distance to train and historic Durango. Grocery store next door. Loved our stay."

"Everything was great, from the hospitality at check in, to the room, to the nearby brew pub recommendation by staff, to the in house breakfast, to the easily accessible river walk. we will be back any and every time we are in Durango. "

"Our inside room was very quiet and clean, Bed really comfortable. Staff friendly and accommodating. Older property was in fairly good shape although hot tub "out of commission". Walkable to everything downtown on Main St including restaurants and shops. Their available breakfast items were more then adequate. Would stay again definitely. "

"Nice hotel close to everything. The rooms/shower are a little small but thats to be expected in a historical hotel. Love that there is a bar and restaurant right downstairs. Free eaay parking. We would stay here again."

If you're traveling with 2 couples or 2 people that want separate rooms, this is perfect as the rooms each have their own bathroom and are very similar in size. Great location, great balcony, very comfortable. Great staff. You get the idea."
