"Overall, I'd rate my stay around a 7.5 or 8 out of 10. The location is very convenient for the airport, and the free shuttle is a nice perk. Just be aware that you need to call the hotel to request the shuttle. It took about 30 minutes for the shuttle to pick me up and another 30 minutes to get back to the hotel, so the overall process took about an hour, which is longer than I had experienced at other nearby airport hotels. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. When I checked into my first room, it was missing a TV, a desk chair, and a phone. Since I needed to work, they moved me to another room, which I appreciated. The second room was much better overall. The bed was very comfortable, the room was clean, and I had a good night's sleep. I did notice that the phone wasn't working and the bathroom didn't close, but neither issue affected my stay very much. This is an older hotel, so don't expect a newly renovated property with brand new furniture and finishes. That said, I found it clean, comfortable, and perfectly fine for a one night stay. The breakfast buffet was delicious, and overall I had a good experience. Personally, I'd probably choose another nearby hotel next time, but if you're looking for a convenient place to stay near the airport, this hotel gets the job done."

"Our stay as a family of 4 here was wonderful! First off I called ahead about early check in a few days prior and found out it was available for a small fee. I called again the night before and they were able to give us a fairly good idea about availability upon arrival. We anticipated being able to check in around 1pm due to them being fully booked for our room type but to our surprise we arrived around 10/10:30am and were able to get access to a room! So happy after spending many hours traveling! The hotel has an on site café, restaurant, and bar. We did utilize the Cafe which was great in the morning and super convenient! I also loved that they truly cared about customer service! The man who checked us in was very nice and helpful, the hotel has a text message number so anytime I had a question about the property or needed extra towels, I was able to send a text and get a response within 2-3 minutes! Their water refill station downstairs was great to fill our yeti water bottles and while we didn't get to the pool this time, it was nice to know it was there for the kids if we had down time! I only wish there was a hot tub or spa too! The bed was comfortable, the room appeared clean and we were happy with our stay! Will be returning on our next trip!! Thank you Hotel Burbank!"

"It was a last minute decision to get a hotel near LAX and it was around 10pm. We couldn’t book online so we decided we’ll just drop in. First two had only expensive rooms available. Then we saw Sonesta. Not familiar to us. They had a room available and not only that, price was reasonable. The staff were very accommodating and helped us out. Room was amazing. We’re now putting Sonesta at the too of our list when hotel room shopping."
