"Room was shabby, furniture scratched and well-worn. Bathroom icy cold. However, on bringing these points to the attention of the staff, a heater was delivered - thank you. Obviously there was no quick solution to the shabbiness of the room (suite 2 Manor House). Some of the food was poor, but again on raising this, staff dealt with it. On balance, we feel the staff did what they could to manage our concerns."

"This was the perfect place to stay for a special event at nearby Wymondham College. I was warmly (well, it was during the heatwave!) and cheerfully greeted by Tracey. My room was clean, well-prepared and provided me with all the facilities I required. It was extremely competitively priced. "I stayed here last year at Townhouse Hotel. I was greeted very warmly. The room was warm, clean bedding and towels and hot water, which is all I ask when I stay somewhere. Unfortunately there was no WiFi password anywhere, I never saw anyone to ask but I could have rung the telephone number but I was out both the days. Happy to return when I visit next year."
