"まだ新しいホテルなのに、洗面所の排水口が、とても汚れていてびっくりしました。掃除の後に点検する人が必要かと思います。あと、フロントの若い女性スタッフがとても感じ悪く、聞いているのに返事もしなかったり、質問に対して一言でしか返さないなど、驚きの対応でした。。。温泉もあり、まだ新しいのですごく残念な気持ちになりました。"

"So sad that the water park not available during my visit day. It opens since 13/7. I’m about one week ahead. And misleading by website when book. But the sea view is great and give you a relax holiday feel. The staffs are helpful."

"The people here were so friendly and helped us with several things with so much patience as we stumbled through our basic Japanese and translators. So so so friendly and helpful. The parking lot is small but there is another lot for overflow super close by with a Joyfull restaurant in between offering nice breakfast before heading out for the day."

"I have stayed in 12 hotels on this trip, and this is the friendliest, with the kindest staff. I needed an extra pillow and they brought it to my room within a few minutes, they got me a taxi for my bus out of town, they had better then usual English understanding and treated me very well. "Everything is spacious; the room, onsen, hallways, stairs, reception area, car park and restaurant. Staff were very friendly. They successfully communicated English. The solid building and decor is nostalgically 20th century. The well built building means the room was very quiet."

"It was so pleasure for us to stay and experience Japanese culture in the hotel. Very surprised with their friendlyness- so nice and kind. Driver Ken was the nicest person we've ever met.
