"To begin with I requested 2 towels for each guest as we were staying two nights. I was told that they would be provided although normally each guest is only provided 1 towel and that they expected a "good" review for doing so. Next we were told that check in was at 4 and check out was before 10 although it clearly states check out is at 10:00 am. Loud live music played from a next door club from 6:00 PM until 12:00 AM. "露天風呂は開放感があって良い。しかし、22時までしか入れないから長く楽しめない。室内に入ると臭い（温泉の匂いではない）エアコンの暖房が効かない備え付けの食器、調理器具が衛生的とは思えない。敷布団が薄いし変な分かれ方しているので寝にくい。総合的に鑑み、料金が高いと感じた。唯一良い点はアフリカンサファリと地獄めぐりが近い事。"

"The Villa has two private hot baths (1 indoor, 1 outdoor) which is really nice. In the kitchen we would have liked a few more sharp knifes. Yufuin itself lies in very nice natural surroundings. However the vast majority of tourists in Yufuin are Chinese and Koreans, which reflects in very high prices in restaurants and street locales. Also the accommodation was a little bit overpriced in my opinion. Overall still a very nice stay."

"1泊2日、14名で利用させていただきました。ネットだけでは、不安でしたが、着いてビックリ。部屋は広く、綺麗でした。良かった点は、3部屋(洋2,和1)あり、1つの部屋には、奥に寝室が隠れてました❗ 私たちは、大人6名、子供8名(3家族)で行ったため、すごく使い勝手が良かったです。なかでも、リビングのソファーがベッドになったのは、子供達が大喜びしてました。あと、しいて悪かった点をあげるなら、炊飯器がなかったのと、露天風呂の脱衣場が寒かったです。チェックアウトした後も、ハンドソープをわすれてた所、丁寧に連絡してくださいました。コロナの中で、直前まで、行くか行かないか迷ってましたが、とても、良い思い出ができました。ありがとうございました。機会があれば、また利用したいです。"
