"Had a great visit at this property. In town for a college graduation and was looking for a place close to the beach that had space for everyone. Bar area, living and family rooms, big kitchen and nice outdoor areas made it perfect for us. 1 of the bedrooms was off the master bathroom which was odd. For us, it was not an issue. House was VERY clean and the kitchen had tons of flatware, dishes and glassware. Any questions we had were promptly answered. Would definitely stay here again."

"This home was so charming. While the outside was a cottage from a fairy tale, the inside was filled with all the modern amenities needed for today. The beds and linens were so comfortable and provided the comfort for a great nights sleep! We brought our kids and close family friends to get away for my son’s 16th birthday. We enjoyed the spa, game room, and really enjoyed cooking in the well stocked kitchen. Our youngest thoroughly enjoyed the basketball court! I literally could not say enough...

"We thoroughly enjoyed the house! We had 6 adults and the house was spacious with great seating indoors and outdoors. Very nice furnishings. We enjoyed the views and the fire pit as well as the barbecue grill. The only concern we had was the room with the bunk beds is not suitable for 2 adults as the top bunk was inaccessible with the type of ladder for an adult to climb. Would recommend possibly replacing with 2 twin beds. There was also a comment that beds were a bit soft in other bedrooms....

"This place was a wonderful escape for our family and friends. We ended up spending most of our time there. Outdoor space was so fun, house was comfortable, and we LOVED exploring the grounds. We ate avocado toast almost every morning and enjoyed some fresh squeezed orange juice! Simon was so responsive and helpful. Would highly recommend!"

"There were 16 of us staying at the house preparing for a Wedding Party. We had plenty of room to host an additional 40 people for dinner and dancing. The house was perfect, communication with the property manager was wonderful and the view/grounds were spectacular. We would highly recommend Alta Vista!"

"This home is “stunning” & is located in a secluded area yet, easy to get to popular sights. We booked it for 1 week during the Christmas/New Year holidays. Unfortunately, we only were there for 3 days instead of 7 due to airline problems. We appreciated the welcome guide Lily provided prior to our arrival. While the cost was higher than other VRBO homes we found, it had amenities we were looking for such as, a private pool, hot tub & an entertainment room with a large screen TV that we knew...
