"We had a wonderful stay, very tranquil and beautiful. The check in process was awful, as was check out. When our room wasn’t ready on time, we were offered a glass of champagne and told to wait in the lobby. We went back to see a second person, again, we were told the same thing, they said they’d be with us in 10 minutes. We went an hour later to see a third person who said our room was ready, they just hadn’t told us. They just left us sitting there for an hour (hour and an half total). And...

"We were in the area for a horse show. After looking at multiple lodgings we selected this because of it's proximity and price. The room was LARGE, with a small patio that bordered a lawn. Nice to enjoy in the evenings. The beds were the best I have ever had at a hotel, high end pillows so you didn't miss your one at home! Nice staff. "

"We chose the location due to its proximity to the Grand Traditions event venue and it was every bit as nice as the pictures depicted. Very spacious home easily accommodated 3 couples. Back yard was comfortable and fun, we grillled and enjoyed the pool. Communication with host ‘Patti’ was comfortable and easy, I highly recommend this property !"

"Over all it was good for kids. The private pool was not so quiet. Problems with garbage disposal as the previous occupants left a baby nipple in it. Check out was 10am and the cleaning people knocked at our door at least 3 times before 10am, one walked in. The activities director was awesome as well as John the shittle bus driver"
