"The resort fee and daily parking fee is a little outrageous. There is no free parking and the only option is valet. There isn’t much in a walkable distance (food or shopping) so a vehicle is a must. There were a a few groups of twentysomethings also staying at the resort during our stay there. One group of girls were screaming on their balcony and when I turned to see what they were yelling about one of the girls flashed me. I had no desire to see a naked young female screaming on their balcony...

"The check in process was the only positive thing about this hotel. We had originally planned to stay here for 5 nights, but after the first night we checked out. I found someone’s shareware hung over the shower, hair in the bathtub, so I assume the bathroom was not cleaned at all after the last quests had been there. "This place was incredible! For starters, communication with Alex was easy and very detailed. We had great instruction prior to our arrival making the residence easy to find and access. Once inside, we were wowed by everything. The condo is well appointed, very clean and right away felt like home. We had everything we needed as far as linens, towels, dishes and kitchen utensils and everything was just nice. No other way to put it. "This timeshare unit was clean, well maintained, had a well equipped kitchen & had all the comforts of home. Good view of the beach/ocean & the long pier. A lot of good dining places around. "We chose the location due to its proximity to the Grand Traditions event venue and it was every bit as nice as the pictures depicted. Very spacious home easily accommodated 3 couples. Back yard was comfortable and fun, we grillled and enjoyed the pool. Communication with host ‘Patti’ was comfortable and easy, I highly recommend this property !"

"Over all it was good for kids. The private pool was not so quiet. Problems with garbage disposal as the previous occupants left a baby nipple in it. Check out was 10am and the cleaning people knocked at our door at least 3 times before 10am, one walked in. The activities director was awesome as well as John the shittle bus driver"

This house had everything we could have possibly asked for—a giant saltwater pool and jacuzzi, tennis court, ping pong table, screen golf , screen game&movie, a huge trampoline, darts, a putting green, a bunk bed, a widescreen TV with reclining leather seats, Alexa, and a fire pit! I could go on and on! As a parent of two school-aged kids, I was thankful to be at a place where my kids were excited to play outdoors...
