"We’ve just spent 3 wonderful days at The Beaumont Hotel celebrating our anniversary. We had a superior double room on the third floor overlooking the park which was accessible by a lift. The room was both spacious and extremely comfortable. Very clean and well appointed with a large en suite bathroom equipped with a large bath and rainfall shower. Quality toiletries are supplied too. All the staff are a credit to the hotel. The food is excellent, with decent menu options available both in the evening and at breakfast. There’s also a bar area with a good selection of drinks available. There’s limited parking available for 6 or 7 cars behind the hotel but access is extremely tight. There is, however, free overnight parking available in bays opposite the hotel."

"Great location with lots of shops, restaurants and cafes close by. Hexham Abbey within easy walking sistance. Room was spacious and very quiet. Nice 'extras' provided (sewing kit, razor, toothbrush and past) which is no longer standard. Parking was easy and on the street directly opposite the hotel."

"A luxury warm and cozy home in the centre of Hexham. The welcome pack is a lovely touch. Car parking is directly outside on the street or adjoining street and a permit is provided by the owner. The cottage is larger than the photos suggest. The kitchen is incredibly well equipped. The bathroom is also very luxurious and the rain head shower is amazing. The beds are also great and we both slept well every night. "

"This cottage is ideally located 4 minutes' walk halfway between the bus garage and the historic area of Hexham, and just 10 minutes from the station. There are plenty of eating places and takeaways nearby and a convenience store just a couple of minutes seat. The cottage itself was immaculate, well-equipped and beautifully furnished, with high quality towels and linen and toiletries. To correct an earlier review, there is a potato peeler. The only possible problem for anyone with walking difficulties is that there are 6 quite deep steps up to the front door."

"This property is as described. Our Family of 4 were comfortable and happy here. We have two children (8 and 3). Be aware there is a flight of stairs going straight up as soon as you open the front door. We were not bothered by it. The location is wonderful. Park your car right outside the door and walk straight into town. We would stay here again. "
