"This unit did not have an outside door key, but the telephone entry option is perfect (unless your phone is dead). I think the previous resident lost the outside door key, as 2 other units I have rented contain the outside door key. The buildings are a bit older and dusty, but everything works, and inside the unit everything is clean and modern and sufficient. The value is excellent and I plan to order from Check Vienna on my next trip to Vienna."

"The unit is close to metro transportation and is pretty much as shown but a few things need to be fixed. No cold water in the kitchen sink. Only hot water so we couldn't wash dishes really as we got burnt. The water heater was falling and exposed and needs to be screwed back in. There was only a half roll of toilet paper left on the sink for our 5 day stay and the shower head holder was broken so we had to hold the shower head. The door handle came off from the inside and the outside of the door...

"Die Lage ist absolut hervorragend(2Min zur U-Bahn), keine Geräusche der Stadt wahrnehmbar, allerdings waren wir im Erdgeschoß und Mann hat sehr laut die Tür und die Leute im Treppenhaus und das Getrampel und manche Gespräche von oben gehört... Schallschutz von Außen war sehr gut, im Haus leider nicht! Direkt gegenüber der Apartmentanlage ist ein Lebensmittelgeschäft, ein Café fast direkt an der Anlage. "Gorgeous well appointed apartment, very comfortable, safe neighborhood. Our stay here made all other places seem not as great. Spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and everwe needed in the kitchen. Loved our stay. Near Schonbrunn palace which is lovely for walks and running, but note this location is not near the city centre where other tourist attractions are. "

You check yourself in and out and most of the time there's no-one on the front desk so I don't know what happens if you lock yourself out of your room or there's a security issue or a problem with the room etc. There wasn't for me and perhaps there are protocols in place for everything but I was a bit more mindful than usual.
