"The Drey is in a lovely neighborhood close to lots of restaurants and shops and steps from Earls Court tube station. Property is extremely clean and fresh with all modern conveniences. "The hotel is in a great location. Definitely pay for the park view rooms as it is beautiful and the view the other way overlooks a roof top in disrepair. Breakfast was very good. Easy walk to the underground station as most touristy spots are a few stops away. Kensington High Street has a lot of options for food and is clean. Front desk staff very helpful and pleasant. I recommend staying here is you want to stay in the Kensington area."

"The staff and main floor were excellent. The room left a lot to be desired. Stained floors and a broken sink greeted us. The bed was fine and it was mostly quiet. Disappointed in the room quality but the rest is fine. "

"What a disappointing hotel. When I booked on hotels.com it looked a rather nice property and when I got there it was a 1970s building with the matching interior that's dated. The room has damaged/ worn furniture and the bathroom was very dirty. Also the hotel stairways stank of blocked toilets . The breakfast was not as described or shown.. sausages not nice and the no hash browns and not enough cereals for children. Staff don't know how to clean and if they are investing in a refit program they need to train the staff to clean properly. "
