"The room was very clean and comfortable. We were in a duplex room (didnt know the neighbors) and we could hear them through the closed door. Unfortunately for us, they stayed up watching TV, talking, and laughing until 3am. Glad they were having fun but I wish we didnt have the doorway because we could hear everything."

"Cons: Rooftop pool out of service & will not be reopening per front desk staff. When I booked the room it was advertised that there would be an off-site pool available via shuttle but it wasn't offered by the time we got there. We had issues with the AC in our room not cooling the room below 72 despite being set on 65 amd the curtains staying drawn the entire time. Had to report it multiple times in one day in order to get it looked at by maintenance and all that was done to fix it was putting a box fan in our room. It helped some when the room got to 75 but still didn't get down below 72 in the room. Using the parking garage is kind of a pain bc you have to use two separate elevators. Worth the extra cost to use valet instead. Pros: Front desk staff & valet were absolutely amazing! Food that we ate for breakfast was super yummy. The whole place is gorgeous and the offices you see while using the elevator reminded me of scenes from K-Dramas ☺️ Great location as there are lots of useful places very close by. Recommend getting room with atrium view vs city view."

"We had a fabulous weekend stay. The rooms were clean with comfortable beds. In addition the staff were fríendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious especially the pancakes with blueberries, raspberries, honeydew and pineapple. The parking was not expensive and plenty spaces to park. Definetely will go back. Thank you 👍👍"

"Room was very spacious and clean. Did have a slight problem with the toilet not flushing but the hotel has an open texting available for any problems. Messaged them before we went down for breakfast and by the time we returned it was working properly. Breakfast had a great selection and the made to order omelet station was perfect. They even offered hot food (eggs, potatoes, bacon, sausage, and french toast). In case you didn't want to get an omelet. Elevators were the fastest I've ever seen. No time waiting at all for the next one to come which was perfect. Staff very friendly and helpful! Would definitely stay here again."
