"Room was relatively clean and quiet. Great amenities in the room. Breakfast was mediocre, many things were left out for hours. The gym had lots of good equipment and was clean. The pool was not heated and was full of leaves. The shuttle was great if you could use it, we booked for this reason and was told at the time of of our flight (mid morning) we would just have to give 10 minutes notice but unfortunately when we went to take it we were told it would be over an hour and were offered no other solutions or apologies. "
