"Beautiful room and huge bathroom We stayed in St Julien room"

"Absolutely fantastic stay in a lovely cosy pub. Staff could not have been more helpful. The room we stayed in was amazing add to this the fantastic food and atmosphere and it all adds up to a memorable stay. We will be back again."

"The room was very clean. We stayed 2 nights and they cleaned our room after our 1st morning, refreshing the towels and coffee, plus cleaning the bathroom etc. It was a windy and stormy time outside which meant muddy boots but the staff made sure all the stairs and hallways to our room were freshly cleaned. Great location. Near shops, restaurants, and a walk along the Thames. We appreciated our stay."

"Natalie was incredibly welcoming, accommodating, and very knowledgeable about the surrounding area, providing excellent recommendations and local information. Our room was spotless, and the entire estate was beautifully maintained, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. We felt very secure throughout our stay. "We had a wonderful stay, the staff were so welcoming and helpful from arrangements for our arrival and right throughout our stay."

"Another good stay! Staff are all very friendly and helpful. Hotel is conveniently located for the town and all its restaurants etc…."

"We loved the French gentleman on Reception! He was so friendly, helpful and welcoming. He gave us great advice where to go in Marlow for the evening. The room was comfortable and spacious. We had a great nights sleep. Breakfast in the huge conservatory at the back overlooking the lake was lovely. Great choice on the buffet."

"Clean and spacious room. Great amenities. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was tasty. Bed was enormous! Nice having separate shower and bath."

"It’s an average hotel that does the job. Having to request and wait for an iron and ironing board doesn’t feel very “4 star”. Decent location for what I needed though and usually a decent rate compared with some other hotels in Reading city centre."

"Excellent Hotel and location. However, it’s starting to show its age."

"Perfect for an overnight stay, arriving late and leaving early for onward travel with a quick check in / out and extremely close to the station. Extremely quiet within the room and has everything we needed for our quick stay."

"The Team made our stay that much better; lovely hotel, highly recommend"

"Convenient for catching an early flight. Quiet"
