"This house is absolutely beautiful. It is exactly as advertised. We had everything we needed for the home. It was clean. Loved the outdoor table so we could sit and enjoy time with friends. Walked to downtown Hendersonville for dinner. Had a great time. We would stay here again."

"We are sisters, age 61-72. We all have some mobility restrictions but stairs were not too steep. The view from back deck of the mountains is beautiful. House is spacious and very clean. Fully equipped kitchen ( couldn’t find a corkscrew ) but we made do! We absolutely enjoyed our stay,"

"The Foxhole Cottage was perfect for me and my sister for a long weekend! Very clean and nicely decorated with a kitchen with all the basics! We felt very safe in this cottage which is part of a collection of cottages that surround a lovely little park with walking path. The neighborhood is very quiet, but convenient to the main road. It was very nice to be able to open the screened windows in the bedrooms to feel the cool night breeze!"

Our kids really loved the little rock slide in the creek, the hot tub, and the place had great toys and books out for our use. Chimney Rock and Lake Lure are less than 15 minutes away! "Proprietor Jeane was fantastic. She is friendly and provided outstanding service. The inn has a good vibe - relaxed and comfortable like you’re visiting family or friends. It’s a bit noisy due to creaky floors and street noise heard thru the windows but it’s sort of expected for a century old bldg. Breakfast was delicious. "
