"Can’t even begin to say what a horrible experience this hotel was. Our room safety lock on door was broken - hallways were dimly lit, the staff was very unhelpful. When we tested the door lock they sent a janitor to “unlock” the door with a screwdriver. The pool was dirty, hot tub was not working, the ice machine looked like it had some sort of nasty leakage. The list goes on. We cancelled our reservation after being denied another room and left. They said Expedia would issue the refund. Expedia...

The bed was large and incredibly comfortable—perfect for a restful night after taking in the stunning surroundings. There’s also a charming little store on-site with thoughtful touches. Breakfast was delicious and a great way to start the day. But the real highlight? The views—truly amazing and worth every moment. Would definitely stay here again!"
