Room was clean, but the pool could use a little up dating. Staff is fantastic and very friendly. Breakfast could use some work. Overall we had a great time and we will be back.
Beautiful dining room with an incredible view.
The guest room was a little worn with the bathroom needing some upgrades but overall the resort is a wonderful place to stay.
We look forward to future visits.
Clean and beautiful property nestled in the mountains. Quick and easy check in. The Hotel is over 100 years old so the floors are very creaky and the walls are paper thin and non insulated so you can hear conversations of everyone in the next room. The toilet clogged up and we didn’t even use it and started running all over the floor. Breakfast was ok for a continental breakfast but nothing special. Overall would stay again for 1 or two nights at most though while visiting that area.
The room was not as pictured, different bed, no chairs as pictured, mattress was AWFUL. Breakfast was fair…. Scrambled eggs, muffins, bacon one day, sausage the next, no biscuits, which is strange in the south. You have to make your bed daily which they state. Views are not exceptional given the region. Everything was clean, staff was pleasant, this place is just ok….not bad , just ok. I must say there are other rooms than ours that were much nicer and we booked last minute
You're at the top of a mountain and the views are incredible. The staff is top notch and so friendly. The Inn is historic with tons of comfort and character!
Quaint bed and breakfast in beautiful mountain setting. Lots to do on property- board games, reading, antique shop, pool or just sit outside and enjoy the views. The hosts are very warm and knowledgeable about the area. We visited chimney rock and the biltmore during our stay.
The Echo Mountain was just lovely. Staff was very friendly. So many little spots to just sit and relax. Only 2.5 mi from downtown Hendersonville. Twenty three minutes to the Dupont Forest with many beautiful trails for all levels.
We can't wait to go back.
The house had many cozy sitting spaces. Great view at breakfast. Pool super clean & nice.
More variety/fresh eggs at breakfast would be an improvement but loved breakfast view and chill time for my dad's 87th birthday week! We were first-timers but want to return with our grown kids!
The property itself is beautiful and well maintained. The staff are very courteous and attentive. You are going back in time and the experience is wonderful.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Quaint, wonderful staff, excellent breakfast, bed comfortable, room clean. But room needed more light & bathroom remodeling. Enjoyed the Christian atmospere.
We had a lovely stay at this charming inn. It is not "pristine" as the main part of the inn is very old... but therein lies its character and charm. The inn and its grounds are lovely and the large window in our room provided a gorgeous view of sunrise over the mountains. Very convenient to Hendersonville with plenty of restaurants and cute shops. But there are so many great spots at the inn - both inside and outside - I equally enjoyed time just reading a book and enjoying the views.
