"The hotel is a prefect place to stay if you want to explore New York. We walked it to Central Park, Times Square and the empire state. It’s a great hotel to look around to try and recognise outfits that were worn by your favourite music stars. We had 2 queen beds, 1 for the children, the room felt big enough. They also do connecting rooms which I’ll explore when we stay again."

"We enjoyed our stay at Empire Hotel…Hailey and Adrik were extremely helpful the first night. After that, the front desk staff changed and they seemed rather glum and refused to answer the phone in the late evenings. The rooftop bar was a nice addition to our stay. Rooms were clean and air conditioning was great. Its proximity to Central Park and the subways couldn’t be beat."

"Great location, fast elevators, very helpful staff, very clean facilities. The prices in the market could have been a little more reasonable, to make the $15 daily credit worthwhile. Overall my family and I enjoyed our stay, would definitely stay again."

"LOCATION. LOCATION. LOCATION!!!!! I interacted with reception I believe 3 to 4 times and it was very robotic, except for only one experience. Being across from Central Park was a game changer and ultimate New York experience. I read reviews about the elevators and it’s true, for whatever reason they just seem to be very slow, especially in the mornings before 10 AM. We had the AC unit in the room at 68 or 70 and it just never got cold but we were never uncomfortable, but we weren’t as comfortable as we could’ve been. Overall, it was a 4.5 out of five stars."
