"We had a great time, except that the WiFi was terrible! It would work for a few minutes, then quit. Over and over and over again! This was very frustrating especially since we had almost no ATT signal. The staff was wonderful and the setting is beautiful!"

"The only reason I would stay at this hotel again is because how happy it made my kids, besides that I had lots of issues with the staff. When I checked in I was told I wouldn’t need anything as in proof for parking so I could come and go as I please. When I did decide to leave when we came back we had issues coming back in they let us in went to talk to the front desk and they said I wouldn’t receive an email to scan at the gate I told them I didn’t receive an email nor was I told I was suppose to get one she said I didn’t need anything at check in. I showed him I hadn’t received an email he then said did you book through a third part in which I did (hotels.com) and he said my bad then you would just tell them your room number at the gate and when I told him they gave me trouble at the gate all he said was well it’s a busy day I see that you at least made it in… which was super annoying. Also we asked multiple staff members if there was a way to just go into the park to purchase something and none of them seem to know anything about Lego Land or the hotel they just all seemed like they were lost."

"Sofa bed was broken in our room, kids had to sleep on floor. Ran out of clean bath towels and pool towels, housekeeping forgot to wash them according to front desk. Lack of staff im assuming. Mini frige didn't keep cold enough. Ocean hiew was more of Partial ocean view. Emailed GM 4 day's ago with my concerns and credit request, have not heard back (of course) poorly managed place. Would not recommend or stay here again. "

"Superb hotel. I used to do a lot of business travel and I wish that Sonesta Suites had been an option for me back then. The location is very convenient, the hotel is beautiful, the staff are friendly and very good at their jobs. And the room was excellent. The only thing I can "complain" about is that there were no towels or sanitation wipes in the gym at 7:00 am on a Saturday morning. That's it. Possibly the best business class hotel I've every stayed at."
