When we arrived, the man at reception upgraded us to a sea view room as a surprise! The room was big and clean and the proximity to the waterfront is unmatched. It’s about a ten minute walk from the Lanes and the Pier but being a waterfront walk we didn’t mind it in the slightest. This is the only place we plan to stay in Brighton moving forward."

"We stayed two nights ahead of the Brighton Marathon. The room was clean, the bed comfy and the included breakfast was good. Also, it was great that we could have our dog in the room. I was disappointed that the room didn't have a mini fridge, as we had brought some special pre-marathon food which spoiled because it needed to be kept refrigerated. I was also disappointed that we had to pay another £54 for two days' parking at the hotel, on top of the £700+ we'd already paid for bed & breakfast."
