"The property is located in a sketchy area of town. When entering/exiting we often found that there were people hanging around on the sidewalk or just waiting in cars near the building. Thankfully, we had no issues with any of them, but it was a bit concerning. The building itself doesn't have great curb appeal and is clearly quite old. "Interesting place but just in odd location. The main bedroom stayed hot the whole stay, and the couch beds were also hot in the mornings because the galss isn’t uv resistant and i got a sun burn when I woke up"

"We had 7 adults and had a great stay. It was in a nice location - we went for several walks around the neighborhood and it’s close to the metro park and restaurants. The outside of the house is in need of some sanding and new paint, but the inside looks great. The beds were comfortable and we had plenty of space for our group. The owner was very responsive to questions and helpful when we reached out. We did not like that the shower heads could not be pointed down and mostly sprayed the wall,...

"The condo was furnished nicely. Having a kitchen supplied with pots/pans/baking ware made having friends over for lunch/dinner as easy as if we were in our home. The location was perfect for us to visit friends and family. Having a laundry room with a washer/dryer (even laundry detergent!) was a real bonus (less luggage!). The host was very friendly and quickly responded to any questions. We really appreciated that this condo was pet friendly and our little dog was quite content."
