"This property was very clean on arrival and was evident that care was taken for the decor and vibe. I would like to give this property five stars but there were a few issues on arrival that may fall on the cleaning service because the host was seemingly unaware. However, I contacted the host via the Vrbo app and was pleased to experience a pleasant, responsive, and accommodating communication experience."

"The room was fine although the description of "Modern" is not entirely accurate. It was clean, comfortable and supplied with necessities. The bed was comfortable. A bit larger would be nice though. Perhaps a table lamp would be an improvement as well. The relatively close location to downtown was definitely a plus. The appearance of the building and parking lot leaves a lot to be desired. "Anyone booking this unit needs to know a few things: Although it was modernized, it is not a great long term stay option. (12 nights)We had to ask for the check in info 3 times before we got a canned response with the codes.
