"This was a lovely site. Caravan clean with everything needed. My only couple of negatives for feedback were that • I could smell undertones that dogs/pets have been in the caravan. I had to buy some disinfectant and put in a spray bottle to spray carpet and floors. • The pull out sofa was very uncomfortable as the ridge where the chair is underneath can be felt on the sofa bed so not very comfortable and had to sleep almost sideways. Hot tub fabulous"

"My brief stay was wonderful and would certainly stay there again. Only tiny downside is top bedroom has an adjacent shower room rather than en-suite but a very minor issue considering the positives of welcoming hosts , quiet location with a short pretty walk (20mins) to beach and having loverly breakfast on outside porch."

"We have had an amazing stay at Farthings. It was a multi generational family holiday and ticked all the boxes! The pool was a fantastic asset and provided hours of fun for our little grand daughter. House was very well equipped and the games room was a real plus. We would love to come back again sometime."

"We were a group of 10 with 4 children, and we were amazed with the house and how spacious it was. The children loved the trampoline, and we were lucky enough to enjoy sitting in the garden area and made use of the pizza oven and BBQ. The location is great, and a short 15minute walk to the beach. We made use of the 2 wagons in the shed which was a game changer!"

"Creek House is very comfortable and clean. It is ideally situated for all the holiday attractions in south Hayling. The enclosed garden was great for our dog and the hot tub was very popular with the young. We found the Isla Bay restaurant round the corner to be good for a lighter meal and the newly relaunched Ferry Boat Inn has an excellent menu. On the northern edge of the island, Northney Farm Shop and cafe is well worth a visit - the locals love it!"

"The house, grounds and facilities were much enjoyed by guests of all ages. The house was immaculate, comfortable and very well provisioned. Prompt help from the housekeeper regarding arrival arrangements was much appreciated as were the thoughtful touches for our stay. All contributed to the property providing the perfect location for a family celebration."

"Just returned from a fantastic stay. The caravan is lovely. Spotlessly clean, modern, well equipped with everything you could need for a perfect stay. Bedding and towels high quality. Hot tub was large, easily comfortably fitting 6 people. The pictures make it look much smaller than it is. I would highly recommend a stay at Cormorant View, great location, very quiet part of the site with great views. Clear and fast communication from Tony the host who is first class."
