"It was a blessing to stay for one night, and experience the personalised hospitality and generosity of spirit we encountered. The Beach House was on our ‘wish list’ and it was available - serendipitously. We noted and relished attentive interior decor, effective functionality that has been designed clearly from a guest’s perspective, and scrumptious food and refreshments. Familiar with West Wittering and neighbouring villages, the location was spot on for all we enjoy. We will endeavour to book another stay in the future, with trust and eagerness."

"Just returned from a fantastic stay. The caravan is lovely. Spotlessly clean, modern, well equipped with everything you could need for a perfect stay. Bedding and towels high quality. Hot tub was large, easily comfortably fitting 6 people. The pictures make it look much smaller than it is. I would highly recommend a stay at Cormorant View, great location, very quiet part of the site with great views. Clear and fast communication from Tony the host who is first class."

"The caravan was very nice, clean and equipped with everything we needed. We found the beds comfortable and plenty of towels were provided. The swimming pool was good and my children really liked the play area. The location is excellent as bus stops to the seafront and Havant are very close by as well as a Lidl to get any supplies needed. We were unable to get in the swimming pool much as it was always fully booked. Not sure if it was closed or if we should have booked sessions more in advance of our stay. The splash pad was out of order during our stay which was a bit disappointing for the kids as it looked fun. We ate a few times in the restaurant. The quality was nice but we found it pricey. The menu advertised main meals from £10 but we could not find anything available for this price during our stay. Overall though we enjoyed our stay and would return/recommend."

"stayed one night, what a great place, everything was perfect, very close to the beach, really quiet at night, the owners provided fresh milk, orange juice, and some crisps, biscuits, and cereal. Loved the beach decor in the room, if I am ever back in the area will stay again."

"Family of four plus 10 month old Smooth Collie stayed 5 nights. As per pictures spotlessly clean and spacious enough for us to put up the dog pen in sitting room. Lucky with the weather the hot tub was a bonus as was the outdoor furniture. Everything you need in the kitchen although dishwasher didn't seem to work and there was no manual to be found. We didn't do much cooking so it wasn't a problem. Well located for pub, pebbly beach and walks."
