"I arrived at the park to be told that the hot tub I had paid for wasn’t working. I was refunded £100 which is what I paid for it. It wasn’t fixed during my stay we had 4 night stay. Had food at the bar what I ordered wasn’t what I got so was disappointing. We went to the entertainment area one night bar stuff slow and came across rude like couldn’t be bothered to serve rather be chatting with other staff also I put my dirty glasses on the bar that was still there 45mins later when we left. This site could be lovely "

"Room was clean and tidy, bathroom was spacious (in previous occasions I've been assigned smaller bathrooms in which it was difficult to get in/out of the bath). Very quiet room even though it's next to the main road. I'd like it more if they provided the usual hotel amenities in the room (e.g. a bath cap). Breakfast is quite nice, a continental and full English buffet. Overall, I like the place."

"A very very lovely property. Everything is top notch. The pool was warm, the garden is lovely. The beds are super comfy. The location for getting to the beach is brilliant. We all loved it and will return without a doubt."

"I would describe the stay as travelodge level rooms- fairly basic. Probably a 2-3 star stat. Standard of cleanliness isn’t great- the room had a faint smell of damp or urines. The mugs in the room were also dirty The facilities were surprisingly impressive- a good sized pool and proper gym. We stayed here and spent the first day in Portsmouth and the second day in Chichester. It’s a good and accessible location."

"Lovely well equipped cottage only a 15 minute walk to West Wittering beach, and a sheltered sunny courtyard for those windy days.Although we had a lovely week, we did feel that the owners/managers lacked a little attention to detail. It wasn’t as clean as it could have been. We also found the sofas to be really uncomfortable and these definitely need upgrading in our opinion. The price reflects the amazing location and it is absolutely gorgeous there. There’s a lovely pub right opposite which was noisy over the weekend but the rest of week was fine and they have a lovely beer garden and serve great food. We would stay at this cottage again, communication with the manager was excellent as was the check in / check out process. The car parking space was a godsend. "

"Lovely, large house for our group of six adults, 2 toddlers and baby. Very clean and very well decorated. Perfect location for walking to the beach, cafés and funfair further along. Corner supermarket one minute walk away."
