"It was clean, quiet, and the desk attendant was very accommodating. A lot of sources advertise a pub in the hotel, but it is closed and has been for years. Not much of a negative, but just be aware. There is no card entry into the building. The desk attendant has to buzz you in. "Great location. London was alive on a Friday night. Good security at the door. Cocoon concept was good for us but better air flow/ cooling would help. Was set for 19C but it was much warmer than that. Our room was at the end of hallway so flow may have been restricted. Late night shower, had an early flight home and the hot water was only warm - not hot. For the ££££ they charged, you expect all the comforts to be working at 100%."

"Very well located in Waterloo. The proximity to the main attractions within London. and to the tube stations really helped enhance the experience. Additionally, the rooms were simple, clean and well sized. Just comfortable for two adults. We didn't make use of the kitchenette, but it was nice to have it handy and available."

"Great location for touristy stuff! Right across from the Tower Bridge and multiple of the city sightseeing tour bus stops. Tube access to the District/Circle line right around the corner from the hotel entrance as well. If you have any early flights to Stansted and/or Luton airports, night tube will not be accessible so be aware. Otherwise, the rooms were clean, the staff were exceptional & professional. Will definitely be returning in the future!"

"Great location easy to catch the metro into central London or to O2. There was plenty of restaurants near by in all price ranges. The rooms and beds were tiny considering its an apartment hotel. No point in cooking as you there was no room to sit and eat, the option of cooking was why we choose this hotel, so a bit disappointed when we saw the size of the room. Bathroom was ok and it was quiet even on the weekend. All in all a good option if you don’t mind the size."
