"The house is beautiful, modern, and conveniently located to most of the sights on the golden circle! We saw the aurora lights every night we stayed on the deck. Really enjoyed the warm floors and water pressure in the showers, and well-stocked kitchen. Plently of space for our family of 5 and amazing views all around. Easy 10 out of 10, highly recommend!"

"The house was perfect for our family of 4. The hot tub was amazing to watch the northern lights even in winter and the sauna was an added bonus. The location is great for seeing lots of great sights on the golden circle. We rented a car and toured the southern coast as well as Reykjavík. Listing is as described. The owner sends a full guide to the home and the area which is so helpful. He even gives his cell number for urgent matters. Highly recommend!"

"Photos can not capture the beautiful scenery at the villa. You are surrounded by nature and the view of the Northern Lights surrounds the area when they are dancing. Our teens, young adults, middle-aged, and senior family members were all able to enjoy the spacious layout. Travel to local sights is easy and worth it in order to be in the tranquil quiet by the lake. I highly recommend staying here. The owners are wonderful hosts."
