There wasn't even a hint of a moldy smell, and the gentle, white, crisp decor was soothing. Additionally, the staff's professionalism added value to this resort. You can always expect a warm greeting in Spanish and/or English from employees at all levels. Kenia, at check-in, prepared you for your stay. She enthusiastically shared restaurants and other must-sees. Karla, by the pool, was the icing on the cake. With her historical knowledge about the resort, she took time to ask how my day was going. La Concha is not just a beautiful lodging; it's a lovely sensory experience that makes you feel at home, even when you're away from home. "
