"Location very good. Check in good. Went to the room and checked and found the bed sheet, pillows cases and duvet cover was not change. The double bed sheet was very creased and had body fluid stains in the middle of the bed. The sofa bed also was dirty. I went down to the bar reception ask there was a duty manager and told her that bed sheet was not change. She immediately informed housekeeper to rectify the problem. The housekeeper came to the room within 5 minutes to see the situation and...

"Staff were friendly. Very clean and good value for money. A lot of litter in the entrance outside due to a council bin overflowing which isn’t the hotels fault. The doors did stop working whilst we were there and the sockets in the room seemed to be poorly maintained but, not an issue we just used a different socket. All in all, a pleasant stay."

"The rooms are small but have everything you need and well cleaned. Staff extremely helpful, good breakfast and we loved the relaxed ambience and the chance to catch up with friends. Hotel well located, very close to transport, restaurants and shops. Would stay here again! "
