"This was our final stop on our Japan trip. After staying at some poor accommodations this was a relief. We felt immediately welcomed and taken care of. Our room was available early so we were taken to our room. Some of the comments about older interiors and older style are true however, it felt like staying at the Plaza Hotel in the 90s very retro glamour. I enjoyed the decor and the amenities. They have several restaurants in the hotel, a gift shop, and a view of a beautiful garden. Our beds were made up every night. We even had breakfast in our rooms delivered. They have a shuttle service. Only little things need to be fixed like finishes on wood areas were worn which can be remedied with paint the electronics are older but we honestly enjoyed every part of our stay. We will be staying here again next time we come to Japan. "
