"Prior to arrival emails were answered promptly. Rooms are large for Tokyo. Staff spoke English very well and were able to assist in using luggage transfer. Front desk even called ahead to next hotel to confirm luggage acceptance. Would recommend and stay again. "

"The rooms are a lot smaller in person than the photos make it out to be. Overall was a great stay though I enjoyed being very close to 3 different train stations. Everyone working the front desk is very friendly and welcoming."

"Overall good. Clean, comfortable beds. Problems: 1) Very difficult to find the hotel as it is deep inside a residential area, especially if you are new to the place. 2) Bathroom and outside family room do not have enough space for clothes 3) Property managers were inflexible. We wanted to checkout a bit later as our flight was in the evening. They said that they will charge for every 30 mins - though we had paid very high price for 6 nights. "
